I also received a letter from Universal Rewards and Trust that I won $125, 000.00 US this company is based in Toronto, Canada. The check for $4875.00 has a PO Box address for Phoexix Arizona under JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA. I called the number just to see what would happen and a man answered possible African decent said that he was Mr. Steve Collins (Claims/Disbursement Manager). He said congratulations you just one $125, 000.00 from shopping at Wal-Mart, Target, CVS and JC Penney. I was told to deposit this check in my account tomorrow and give him a call back and soon as this was done then he would process my lump sum check for $120, 125.00 which will be sent by Fedex or UPS I would need only my drivers license to claim it. I wonder if this Mr. Collins thinks that I am crazy enough to deposit the $4875.00 in my personal account so that he can have access to my account. I just wanted everyone to be aware.
