I received a phone call from The National Credit Service aka NCI about three and half weeks ago. When I spoke with a woman named Rebecca, she stated to me that i had been approve for a Mastercard, with a credit limit of $5, 000. She stated that within two weeks or some business days that I would receive a voucher or certificate for $500.
Which I could deposit in my checking account, so that the money wouldn't be takened from my own personal funds. When I didn't receive the voucher I became worried, so I called the comapny several times, I spoke with someone once.
When I spoke with this male, he said that the voucher would be sent with the package. When I stated to him that's not what I was told, he clearly didn't want to hear it. I asked could I have the tranaction cancelled he said there's nothing he could do to cancel it.
He didn't have the power. That was the end of that. The money was suppose to be debited from the account on June 20, 2003, it was debited on June 11, 2003
