Well, I'm sure you've seen many of these reports here, but here is another log on the fraud fire. I was called and offered a card (visa or mastercard) and begrudgingly accepted assuming the worst that can happen would be to recieve a card with bad rates. Little did I know that blatant robbery was also on the menu. After hanging up the phone I immediatly had second thoughts, called back the "customer service" number (in reality just an answering machine). I stated in no uncertain terms I want to cancel, you are not authorized to withdraw funds from my account. But they did. They tried to take $199.00 first without success, costing me $29.00 from my bank. Shortly after I found my account $199.00 less than I expected. Now I have to close the account because I see here that it isn't over yet. Beware!!! protect yourself.
