First Capital Consumers Group ripoff-could not call and speak to any individual to cancel authorization of ACH charge to my bank account. Left message on tape; twice, no response. Received call and offer of visa / mc for $199 fee for life. Never a fee again. MC rate 4.9% and Visa 14.9% fluctuates. Why? I was to receive to cards but I could not find the bank on the Internet the lst time I search for it. Then I called the # the girl gave me and that was in Ontaro, Canada. Why would I want a card or cards from banks in Canada, (should be a good rate of return) no? Then I knew I made a mistake by accepting their offer. Tried to stop payment at bank, bank said they did not have their ACH # to stop it. So me aka (snaged) search the internet and found the bank was a ripoff scam. Tommorrow I am changing all my account # thanks to ripoffs advice.kaybangor, Pennsylvania
