Ripoff consumer rip-off fraud

I was contacted on april 25, 2002 about a credit card. This company withdrew the funds from my account on May 1, 2002. I have tried to contact them several times, but have recieved no return phone call. I had to call four different phone numbers just to get their answering machine. This company uses a bank in California, USA named the Pacific Merchantile Bank. I suppose this is part of their front of legitimacy. I have yet to reieve a credit card or a return call.mcolumbia, South Carolina
