Perfect Health Sup has charged my Credit Card $87.82 phone # 303-3253521, 978-842 4112, 575267-2586 I have asked many times to have a refund on these items as I did not authorizie any purchase from this company original Credit card ststement date was Oct 2009 and still no refund to my account 3 months later. HUGE Scam.
