Like the other complaints I have read on here, all I can say is DITTO!!!
My daughter wanted to try this and after reading the return option/cancellation for 30 days, I permitted it. HUGE MOTHERS MISTAKE!!
My credit card was charged for shipping, no problem. Then exactly 14 days later it was charged the amount for a full order at which time she still had NOT received the trial bottle. Like all of you guys, the email adresses and phone numbers get you no where.
My credit card company states that I cant file an official complaint until after 30 days and they too want some form of proof. So I have printed all the misleading info such as what you guys have posted and documented dates/times of all the times I have tried the phone numbers and listed the email adresses they give as well as all of the various names they go by. I suggest to you guys have the same issue to do the same in HOPE that it will help get the credit card companies to see the fraud. If enough of us continue with complaints to the companies you know they themselves will want to put a stop to it.
I think it originates out of Florida. Do any of you know??? I have NO problem contacting the Better Biz Bureau once I know which State this originates from.
