I ordered a FREE trial online of the acai berry detox. I was to pay the shipping ONLY. I had to submit my credit card information in order to get this so called free trial. There are now charges to my account that should I not have to pay. I received 1 bottle and it was supposed to be free not $140.00 CDN. Take my credit card information off of your records and do not send me anything else. It is companies like yours that make a bad name for all online companies. I have taken action with the credit card company already and cancelled my card. It also appears that your company tried to take a second payment for a similar amount in a different name. Unknown to me in very fine print it says in your contract that one has to cancel by phone. Not a simple thing to do for customers over seas.
CANCEL ANY FURTHER SHIPMENT YOU MAY THINK YOU HAVE AUTHORIZATION TO SEND. I WILL NOT EXCEPT ANYTHING FURTHER.
AGAIN... I HAVE CANCELLED MY CREDIT CARD. DO NOT TRY TO CHARGE ANYTHING FURTHER TO IT OR YOUr COMPANY WILL BE REPORTED TO THE FRAUD INVESTIGATION UNIT. THEY ARE ALREADY AWARE OF THIS ACTION.
