Signed up in July 2006... thinking we were doing a great thing, planning ahead for nice vacation times with a young family. 2006-2007 were not good for us to plan vacation times out of town due to family medical concerns so we put off planning that nice vacation. Now being 2008 started in April, trying to access the website to make plans for our summer vacation I started suffering the website, contacting the number, leaving countless messages for contact. Finally in May 2008 I was updating my personal bank account and notices sums on money that I had not approved coming out of my account I made all the needed inquiries with my bank to locate where the funds were going and they advised Award Financing corporation the company informaiton on the top of my vacation package..., I started emailing the email address on the site:

I have sent a total of 39 and counting emails to Fun for life international club.
I had contact once, phoned the 416-560-2191.this number was transfered to a customer care rep. I told the young girl I was'nt paying long-distance fees as I was not happy with the service I was being provided. She agreed to contact me back. I have call display and the number recevied was from a
435-213-8329... The person on the phone addressed my concerns with
unproffessionalism with I apologise but theres nothing I can do. At this point I was not pleasent on the phone with the girl.demanding a supervisor her manager, she stated she could not do this. I again said oh yes you can. She said she would forward my informaiton off to the still acting business manager Agatha Lyczek. I knew this was not going anywhere, so I started investigating this my self
Red flags now going off... I have done alot of internet searching and have located information that is very dispruting. The phone number the girl contacted me back on is a number attached to Logan UT, not even Canada, I started searching information and have located address in the states that don't even belong, and when the address does exsit it belongs to a company that has neve heard of Fun For life.
I am going to continue my searchs and have filed a report with the Ministry of Consumers affairs office and have also contact the Police with this company being fraudulant.
If anyone has any information, or wants to take this action further, the persons responsible for this should be charged with fraud and by looking at the number of complaints filed and the dollar amounts attached should be sue'd and jailed.
We the consumer trusted and paid for a service that we will never be able to use. Definate fraud (Fun for life ** where are you on the Map** )
