Charged $134.18 taxes in for one night's stay. Actual charge on credit card statement was $154.18. They claim that I ruined some towels, so they charged me an extra $20.00. I did not ruin any towels. When I asked the manager how the towels were ruined, he claimed that there were stains on the towels, but he did not know what kind of stains as they had already disposed of them. He refuses to refund me my $20.00. I wonder how many others have been charged for these allegedly stained towels. I have reported this fine establishment to Super 8 corporate headquarters.
