I echo all the above comp;laints about YAK > But after waiting 30 minutes I contacted the parent to this disfunctional child and got a breathing person that immediately put me through to a breathing person and got the problem resolved. Told them to cancel my service and not even a question as to why and can we change your mind. This number worked for me- Good Luck "There is 9 million customers ahead of you."
