Fraudulent billing

I recieved a charge of $3.99 for a directory assistance call I did not make. I contacted the above company in regards to these charges and have given them 36 hours to remove these charges or I will contact the RCMP fraud division and cancell my account with Telus. More big buisiness fraud.
