Incorrectlu charged for a phone call that we never made

We were charged incorrectly on our phone bill for the amount of $3.99 for some sort of Directory assistance when we are sure we never made such a call. We tried dispuing both with Telus and Fastrack Global Billing Nertworks Inc. without any results. Please investigate and help. Thanks so much!
