Got bell blackberry phone that did not work. Shipped it back to Bell, never had a phone for a month, still paid 100 dollar bill from Bell even though they had phone.
Was my 3rd phone that did not work. My Parents shipped it back to Bell in Canada post bag, in which was purolater bag they provide. Bell said they never got phone even though it was not returned by Canada Post to my parents house. Bell now wants 400 dollars for phone and 300 dollars for contract on which service was lousy and they had the phone for over amonth. Every time you try to talk to a superior to work this out you get put on hold for hours, cut off, or 6 people later who cant help you.
Bell is the largest employer of unqualified people and has the laziest upper management of any company in Canada.
Have also filed complaint with better Business Bureau and would like a class action lawsuit put against this and other phone company, s with similiar incompetent staff.
