DO NOT SWITCH TO YAK.
I spent hours on the phone trying to get a hold of these incompetent people.
When I switched over to Yak they told me that they would take care of everything, even contacting my current provider.
However they failed to do so, and I was charged from both providers. I was so angry with Yak I called them back to tell them that they had not gone through what they were supose to do. The "manager" told me that I would not get reimbursed because I hasd used the services. (HELLO, YOU WERE SUPOSE TO TELL THEM NOT TO CHARGE ME)
I was livid when I had to pay for both bills when really, Yak employees had given me all the wrong information.
Yak customer service is BEYOND terrible. I have never dealt with such a rude and miserable group of people.
