Guy from this company came to my home because I had extended Whirlpool coverage that I paid for an extra 4 years and I asked the guys who came for ID and he gave me smart ass remarks like you called me why should I show you and added more to that... that I will not mention. Anyways he has come to my place 3 times and I still have the problem with the washing machine not working and its been almost 4 weeks now. Very very bad service from this company
