I meet with Mr. Victor Opara the owner of Opara Law PC TO BUILD A WEBSITE FOR HIS BUSINESS AS THE OLD SITE WAS THE UGLIEST THING I HAVE EVER SEEN.
We agreed to the features and price. I started the project and sent him the sample site. It was approved with some small changes. Then he calls me and request a database of employee profile saying that we had agreed to this.
I asked him to refer to the proposal I gave him and he agreed that I never promised that. I then built the database and completed the site for a faction of the cost (I have done similar work for 1300.00).
Through out the project Victor Opara would call me every 30 minutes to complain, most times about spelling mistakes (despite he gave me the document with the errors) or basic things which took a short time to fix.
He would try to find things to complain about to delay paying me.
Then when everything was done he changed all passwords and turned off him phone.
I sent him over 30 emails requesting my payment, he replys with more changes.
LOL
DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN OR HIS BUSIENSS.
I WILL CONTINUE TO POST THIS ON ALL SITE TO WARN OTHERS.
