Gina Tan of DesignSource.com a.k.a. SameDayWebSite.com has entered into a contract with us to build an e-commerce website 2 years ago. As of this writing the website is functional but not completely free of bugs. The contract promised a 3 week turn-around time, it took 18 months for the site to go live. And full of bugs and errors, unfinished to this day. The project was an exercise in frustration, with Gina not replying to emails for days and weeks, abandoning the project for months at a time with no explanation, not fullilling promises, letting the website go offline for 2 weeks (!) and finally telling us 'irreconcilable differences' cause her to abandon the project -- putting us in an unenviable position of having to build an entire new website after spending thousands of dollars and months of our time working with her.
