Power Web Solutions Inc, was hired to a create website for us. They pride themselves on their 28 day deficiency however they are anything but an integrenous company. We paid them in full the first day of signing our contract and have not seen the website completed yet. In fact during the last 5 months I have only rec'd one phone call from them only because I had phoned several times and finally got through on my fifth call.
At this point we do not care if our website is finished or not. We would just like a refund and some aknowledgement to their errors. However, we rec'd a letter from them telling us that we are not actually considered to be a client nor do they have any record of our payment.
