I ordered flowers from these idiots on may 27th for my sisters birthday the total i received in email was 52.38 when i checked my card the next day the total was 65.91 i was overcharged without being informed. on the 29th i called this shady company to cancel the order because my sister would no longer be in town the first time i called a lady with an accent answered it seems as soon as i told her i wanted to cancel the order she kept me on hold for 30 minutes i hung up and called again the same lady then put me on hold again and then hung up the third time i called finally got through to this ding dong and she told me she would cancel the order but there would be a 15 dollar cancellation fee mind you they over charged me almost 15 dollars anyway so i shouldn't owe nothing. i asked if i would get a cancellation number she said no money would be returned to my card in 2-3 days. i wrote an email to company also complaining and received an email saying that my money would be refunded in 2-3 business days low and behold i check my bank account today and the 65.91 that was supposed to be refunded has posted to my account and i'm not sitting still for this i have contacted the police in there area i have contacted better business and also the f.b.i for internet crimes or whatever that is called i feel sorry for the people that have been ripped off already and there are a lot of them out there but iam not settling for it and whatever i have to do to get these dirtbags i will until they give me back my money.
