Order place no merchandise received!
I placed my order on the 9th of Dec, was billed on the 12th of December. It is the 18th of January and I have not received my product. I have attempted numerous times to contact customer service. The phones are never answered, and the emails I have received state that my order has been sent, and they give me a tracking number, which states after checked that this tracking number does not exist. I signed up for email updates and have yet to receive any. I FINALLY got a hold of a live chat rep today and stated to them that I wanted a refund. She then told me that my order had in fact been sent and was sitting at the US customs inspections. After threatening them with reporting to my credit card company and the Canadian authorities she agreed to grant me a refund. I then promptly (amazingly! ) received an email stating that I was to be refunded. We'll see if this happens. She stated that it should appear within 3-5 business days. I have not actually heard of anyone receiving a refund from this company so I do not plan to hold my breath.
