Charlesfurs -Charles Lebouthillier I paid for a new fur coat ripoff

I purchased a brand new fur coat from charlesfurs and after wearing the coat 2 times I discovered a 5 in rip in my new coat. Upon further examination I found 9 additional holes in the coat#9304180819. All the skins in this coat are rotten. Any movement of this coat and the skins break away. I have gotten a refund of $400.00 Canadian dollars from charlesfurs I cannot wear this coat and it cannot be repaired. Fix one skin and a hole will appear in another skin
