I received a Notice of Property Resolution stating that I am entitled to acquire property in an international program with a maximum distribution value of $26, 500. The Notice states that it is not a sweepstakes, contest or any other game of chance. It is official notice of actual property now being held for me to purchase. The property has already been assigned to me and is unconditionally quaranteed to be delivered to me upon my fulfillment of the simple claim requirements.
It goes on to say that to claim the property assigned to me, I need to complete the enclosed Resolution Claim form and return it with the assesed property acquisition fee of $29.95 in the envelope provided. All property has been predetermined for individual participants by specific criteria and may be determined in advance by referring to terms and conditions enclosed. It finally states that I am entitled to a minimum 2 and a maximum 3 of a/ Sony Grand Wega HDTV, b/ Bose Home Theatre Sys. and c/ Cash Grand $17, 550.
To this date I have not received anything.
