At Winners I had the worst customer service experience in my life. SIX SEPARATE EMPLOYEES were jerks to me! The first two clerks I walked up to were talking to each other and ignored me. I figured, Okay, maybe they're on break. But much worse was the second pair of employees I approached. They looked me in the eye and walked straight past me, even though I spoke up and clearly needed help. It's hard to believe anyone could be so rude, but it happened! Next the woman at customer service couldn't help me and became obviously annoyed at me, even though I was meek and very polite. I waited fifteen minutes before a floor clerk could take me to the item I wanted. The floor clerk was also very over-stressed and acted like I was a pain. I was nearly in tears by the time I left, and I'll never shop Winners again.?
