Stole my money now only wants to give me a credit of their usless service???

I sent these clowns a check for $3, 132.00, they did no work at all, and will not give my money back. They now say that they will only issue a credit, A CREDIT!!! Due to the fact that no work was done, and the reasoning being, that they had internal issues, all I asked for was my money to be refunded. I did not ask for any of their money, no, just my money back. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE FRAUDS!!!
