Carl Rabinowitz is the head of a local NIMBY group known as www.careinbarrie.com. This individual, as you can see by visiting his own address, has facilitated lies, propaganda and false truths by hurting one of the biggest investments that would have come to our beautiful city. In todays economic climate where we are facing climate change and record job losses, this guy chases away the two things that we need.
Of course if he lies about the bigger picture it is easy to see why he will lie for his "profession" as well. While there are very good Realtors in Barrie this man paints a negative picture for those who have worked hard on their reputations. In this tough market, lying to people, claiming to be a "a computer expert" which he is nothing of the sort, a failed musician from the United States that thinks he can pawn people off in the Realtor business. I warn people in the Barrie area who have consorted with this man or are thinking to contract in his services to look else where. There are far better, truthful and honest Realtors out there that will take your product and make every effort on your behalf. Let those reap what they sow.By hurting our city and thus hurting us by his own actions which you can see here plainly, this man has no one to blame but himself for his lack of selling skills. Its time in this tough market to get rid of the bad Realtors so the good ones can prosper.
