I recently purchased 2 cats from kudos cattery in Kingston Ontario Unfortunately, I was not told by Ms. Jacqueline Jefferys her cattery had ringworm (the Kingston Humane Society informed me of the situation, unfortunately a little too late).

This Poster has a mental problem and is a stalker.
He received a kitten with ONE MINISCULE spot of fungas on it's side and his stupid and incompetent vet only served to make the problem a hundred time worse. This mental case is now stalking the party whom he got the kitten from. He needs to have a mental evaluation done and get a real life.
You sad pitiful individual do you not realize that you are only hurting yourself with this continual and ongoing stalking. get over it, love the cats as they deserve to be and move on
The person actually admits to selling a cat with ONE MINISCULE spot of fungas on it's side this cavilier attitude, this one miniscule spot of fugus ended up costing me over three thousand dollars as well as the discomfort of two 3 month old kittens and the contracting ringworm myself .by the way did I mention both cats had upper respiratory infections and eye infections which my vet said could be herpes.. Yes I guess it's true I must be a mental patient because I worry about people like Ms. Jefferys abusing the priviledge of owning animals:
Recently I phoned Ms. Jefferys about the registration papers that were promised to Lee and I on the phone. This is Ms. Jefferys response. The response is a little long so read at least the last two paragraphs. She is responsible for the second last paragraph and i am responsible for the last paragraph

You are not entitled to registration papers on the kittens.
You contacted me from a Kijiji ad where the kittens were not advertised as purebred or registered for which I have saved the proof of this contact. Oh yes rest assured I have saved proof of EVERYTHING. YO DON;T EVEN HAVE A WRITTEN CONTRACT OR HEALTH GUARANTEE
The only reason you know of my old cattery name and website is due to the fact that the link was in one of my emails in which I sent photos of the kittens to you in for which I have saved as well.
EVEN IF YOU Had you contacted me through the website you would have paid FULL PRICE for both kittens, had a signed contract with health guarantee which by the way is for death due to genetic faults only and is a replacement only in any event and not minor nuisances. You would have had to have the kittens checked by a vet within 72 hours of receipt to activate that healh guarantee or NO LATER THAN TUESDAY OCT 7th AT NOON, which you failed to do. YOu would have also had the standard requirement to have the kittens spayed/neutered within 3 months of getting the kittens and had to have sent proof of such within 10 days of that date in order to qulaify for papers, The date you rec'd the kittens was Saturday Oct 4th at noon so procedure would have had to been completed NO LATER than January 7th and provide me with proof of such no later than January 17th for which you failed to comply with as well. I suggest you re-read the link on the website as to requirements/health guarnatees the like which applied only to kittens that were purchased from that website and certainly not to ones purchased though a Kijiji ad! Do also make note of the cats/kittens placed at reduced cost not qualifying for registration papers or a health guarantee of any sort that is also clearly stated on that page!
Now onto your ongoing and continued harrassment. I have copies of EVERY SINGLE ad you posted on the Kijiji site which I had to have deleted for violation of their policies and I assure you will continue to monitor the site for further such postings, In addition I have also documented proof of the other sites in wich you posted further harrassment. These all add to the pile of evidence I have against you. Also the calls you made to humane society, City of Kingston as well as CCA are ALL documented as further proof of such. YOur most recent phone calls and messages are saved on my answering machine where you have blatantly stated plans for further continued harrassment and stalking activity. Oh by the way Lee thank you for leaving your last name as I hadn;t previously had that information only Dan's last name.. it came in handy with my discussion with the police yesterday, should you, Dan or anyone else on your behalf choose to show up at the address you alledgedly have for me and/or my place of work you /they will be arrested. It is beyond me to know how you may have come into possession of this information as it was never provided by me further proof of your stalking activity. If you continue with your online postings and contacts with other people whom I have dealt with to create further problems I will fully persue harrassment charges against you.
As for your comment about the calls being blocked by me.. you go for it Lee go to every one you know and call and leave messages it only adds to the pile of evidence and I will continue to block every number that you call from document time/date of the call the number called from and save the message. The fact that I have blocked your calls from all these numbers is not going to serve any purpose for you but it will sure serve a very useful purpose for me!!! It also is very upsetting to my elderly and very unwell mother which the police took particular note of and will serve well as a added reason for the police to put a stop to your activities!
As for your contact with Ms. Batista... it is a shame for her that she even contacted you she was purchasing breeding animals with a NON REFUNDABLE deposit placed which she was fully aware of as is widley published by ANY cattery that deposits are non refundable. I am sure she is real happy with you as it is YOUR doing that she decided to not proceed with the kittens she chose and lost her NON REFUNDABLE deposit because of her breaching her agreement to purchase with me. I am thankful for this as it sure was a pivot to make Ms Batista show her true colours to me and I am very thankful she breached her agreement given the way she chose to act. Steve enjoyed his visit and discussion with my mother the day he came to advise of the rediculous complaint she called into the humane society and they are well aware of the possibility of further bogus complaints made by ficticious parties and/or friends should either of you decide to do so.
IF you had wanted papers for the kittens you should have thought about that before you started you campaign against me back in Oct 08. Perhaps if you had not proceeded in the manner you did I might have still considered giving you papers for them. It certainly will be a cold day in #&!! now. The only way you would get papers for the cats is if you sign a contract and pay the difference of what full price on those kittens would have been as well as make a public retraction and ensure removal of all the defamatory comments you have made against me and the cattery including but not limited to postings on any and all internet websites as well as provide acceptable proof of such to me.
One further comment you made is that I do not know who I am dealing with? I think you get the idea that it is YOU who does not know who they are dealing with! You don;t even know my right name!!! hmm funny small claims filed in February first and foremost you would need to know the correct name of the person you are filing claim against, you would also have had to have papers to me LONG before this!
I love the last paragraph obviously the sign of an honest person with nothing to hide.By the way, she did promise the papers to us on the phone. My wife says I am nave for falling for Ms. Jefferys blarney. Truth be told I was stupid getting involved with a woman who in retrospect was so obviously deviant. Finally it's funny when I made my bank transfer, it was to Jacqueline Jefferys. Which leads me to conclude Ms. Jefferys has an alias or two. I am obviously not giving Ms. Jeffferys enough credit. It seems she is not only what I deem to be a disreputable cattery owner, but judging from her own words she is a fraud... my apology if i am wrong
