Purchased a 60 gallon Water tank at HomeDepot.ca on October 10, 2008 Serial Number 080824665 and https://www.rheem.on.ca/ employee name William Extension 315 got rude with us.
He claims that we have to wait at least 48 hours to get any type of service from them & on the water tank it self it there is a big sticker that says and i qoute "do not return to store"
The warranty was for 9 years and 1 year in home service...
