I found this company via "custom costume" web search. I was assured by the owner that she could make anything I sent to her exactly. I sent her 15 pictures of a costume my husband was to wear to our wedding. Also sent a fabric swatch to make sure the colour matched exactly. She sent several e-mails saying that she could duplicate the outfit exactly, only in a cheaper fabric than raw silk (my request).
One Picture was sent to us about 2 weeks before our wedding and it was an extreme close up so you could not tell colour or anything, also, I had to source out and find the embroidered appliques and send them to her.
We recieved the outfit 6 days before our wedding and it was a dark grey colour (wrong colour), the vest was to be neck high and it was a V, the jacket is so big that is was huge on my really big step-dad, all in all, the quality was worse than if I had attempted it myself with my mom's help.
Business refused to respond to BBB and in fact lied about there shop being closed when they finally did reply late. Their website stated that they assured everyone they were open and could be reached. They will not refund my money and accept the costume return, they stated that they were just a small company and could not do it.
DO NOT SPEND ANY OF YOUR MONEY HERE!! Self taught, untalented seamstress!
