i have purchased from this company a bouqet of roses for my girlfriend a week before valentine's day to be sent to her on valentine's day, i chose specific colours, how ever they put the order as 12 red roses, but the special description as: 4 lavender..5 red..2 white and 1 orange,
i paid extra amount of money to get it delivered in the evening time at that day, valentine's day comes, and the roses get to my gf's house in the morning (which woudl've cost me less if i chose that option) and they weren' red nor lavender... they sent yellow, pink and white roses to her, i got frustrated as they have ruined beautiful day for both of us, not only sending it at the complete wrong time, but sending a bouqet with colours that fit a funeral (so much for their "expertise in colors and events"), as i said i got frustrated and tried to contact them via skype chat, no1 would reply, i tried contacting them later on, they replied, i told them about the issue, they said i must send the picture of the roses to their e-mail so they can investigate it and determine that these r their roses indeed and they will resend the correct colors, i did what i've been asked to do, and no reply have yet to come, i contacted them again via skype chat, they replied, and when i told them that no one have replied yet, it was like i was talking to a wall of bricks, its like they were completely oblivious to what i was saying and they completely ignored it, and they said the same things i said last time, when i got mad that wat i'm saying is being ignored, they stoped replying at all! i contacted them later on the same day, the same responses, i started having the doubt that it could be an auto-reply machine, so i decided to call them, and i did...
first of all i would like to inform you all, that none of the staff speaks proper english and you'll suffer to understand a word from them, anyways, i called them and they answered, i told them about the issue, they said that they need more time to analyse the picture, so i said ok, i waited 4 more days and contacted them, they said they'll put it on "immidiate" condition, i asked to speak with a supervisor or a manager, they said she's not here, i asked when the manager works, they said from 2 pm to 8 pm, it was 7 pm then, i asked why isn't she not there now, they said she left early, i said ok and still i was tolerant and i waited...
after 3 days i called again and they gave me the same answer about how they need more time, i asked to speak to the manager and it was 5pm, they said she's not there its her day off, i said ok i'll call tomorrow and they said they'll tell her to contact me, ofcourse she havn't contacted me at all, the next day i called and it was the same person over and over again answering the phone, its like he was the only one there! i asked him about the manager, and this time he said he's not allowed to forward any calls to her, i said ok put me on with any supervisor, he said he can't do that either, i asked for any manager's e-mail, name, office, ANY information, he said he can't and all he can do is tell them to contact me, i asked to speak to ANYONE else, he stuttered then said every1 is on their day off except for him, i said ok i'll call tomorrow, and i did, and yet the same exact story again.
its been since valentine's day 14th of Feb and untill now, and yet no e-mails from them, no calls, i still call every day to remind them to contact me, and everyday we go through the same arguments, and ofcourse everyday everyone is on their day off except for that guy, he once gave me a girl to talk to me, i merely asked her where their office is, she got worked up and didn't know what to say and gave the mic back to him, they were doing complete childs play and no work done.
i'm filing this report and i hope that company will get wat it deserves, again .. BEWARE of purchasing from that company, i ASSURE you, you will NOT either get what you order, nor will you recieve anything they offer, promise, or say they will make it up to u.
oh and make sure you read their policy page ofcourse, its so funny, they have the most rediculous policies for the most rediculous and stupidist and sketchy-like issues that might occure, it just shows how that company is used to all sorts of issues.
