I placed an order (#921744) through DVDPlanet.org on 12/5/07 hoping I'd get the shipment by 12/25/07. Of course the website promised that I would get it, well I didn't.
They have no contact info on their site, just an email address to send messages to. Well I did, and no response to that either!!!
I contacted USPS with the tracking number that this site provided me with and the package is somewhere in New Hamshire, USA (which USPS is not able to physically find the package)!!!
I am going to report them to the BBB of Canada where ever that may be!!!
