LOTTERY SCAM RIPOFF

I received a letter from the ULTRA LOTTERY COMMISSION stating that I somehow won the ULTRA LOTTERY which is held in London. After researching on the internet I discovered this group is part of a scam. They enclosed a check for $2, 998.78 for international clearance fees. The letter stated I should contact Monica Hunter of A&M Financial Management Group to finalize my claim.
