Our family have recently accepted a collect call (s) from Mexico on last May, 1st ~ May, 6th. 2006 (Total: 20 min long) Just about a couple days ago, We've received a bill that shows a total amount of $137.93 and I think that this is just not right amount. I do know that using a collect call could be very expensive but this is about three times more expensive than an regular phone companies' service and I truly believe that it is pure type of rip-off!!! I did contact the 'Canopco' company to complaint, but they were just saying thta this is how they normally charge the peolpe (not the customers)
I'm not too sure what to do at this point and I'm gonna need your help most desperatly.
