Charged nearly $100.00 Can for undelivered flowers Vancouve

I ordered flowers by phone Dec 18. When they were not delivered in 2 days, I phoned again on the 20th and reordered.

The flowers did not come by the end of the day (my anniversary) so I phoned and asked them to cancel the order. I spoke with a woman named Rebecca.
I was told by phone that I could go to my bank and have them put in effect a "stop payment." I was told that I would be sent a gift certificate notice by email entitling me to a dozen roses That notice never came

When I went to the bank, they said I could not stop payment through the bank.

I tried to call back but this was just before Christmas and I could not get through.

I sent an email but did not receive an answer.
I received my visa bill today hoping that I hadn't been charged.

But alas, I was dinged in U.S. funds of all things.
