Medialimited ripoff sent wrong DVD has never responded

In August 2005 I ordered the "Scarecrow and Mrs. King" DVD collection. On Oct 06, 2005 I must have received Gwen of Morena, California's order because I received the "Martin" set. I immediately requested an RMA number that the web site said was required. I received a reply indicating that I would get a response soon. Here it is January, 2006 and still no response. That is over many e-mails and use of their contact forms. I was going to use that form one more time and when I used the URL patch on my e-mail from them I got a commpletely different web site.

I also contacted the Better Business Bureau in Buffalo, NY, USA since this company has a New York address. That was on Dec 21, 2005. They have requested a response from medialimited and asked that I wait. The process normally takes 4 to 6 weeks. The BBB promises to contact me if they receive no response from medialimited. As of today, January 11, 2006. I have heard nothing from either Medialimited or the BBB
