I placed an order with Medialimited on September 17, 2005 for the Rockford Files DVD Collection. I mailed my check for $216.
A month went by before anything was delivered.
A package with the return address saying 'Media Enterprises' was delivered (and signed for). Upon opening this package I was disappointed to see no description for what I ordered and no DVD cases for the DVDs. (The website stated that I would have cases)
So I played the first DVD and found out that this was the comedian 'Martin' sitcom.
The website clearly states that no refund will be given for a wrong order sent. You need to request a RMA (returned merchandise) number and send it back. So I did. My RMA Id #33. On November 1, 2005 Medialimited signed for my returned package.
And now I been waiting ever since. Today is January 25, 2006.
I've tried calling and get a answering machine. No one returns my calls. I've tried emailing them at '[email protected]' but have received nothing.
Medialimited and Media Enterprises have the same Canadian address. Are they the same Company?
If someone could help me with this I would surely appreciatie it. Thank you for reading my complaint.
