Im so pissed off, of the dilvery charge, i pay 150 in charges every month, i cant afford to pay for any of my other bills, or even rent, my rent is 700 hundred a month, and my hydro matches my rent, my house is only 850 square feet, i have to budget in such a away, were i cant even afford to put food on my, plate, there robing me for a my money, plus im a student, and i only have a certain income to budget with... please i need help or im going to end up homeles, going to school.. this enough, and we need to stand a a community togethere and fight for our rights!!!
