Money no card expires without using it

Purchased calling card not tryed to make phone call using it my phone call wasnt sucsesfull so i decided will use this card next time week later was trying to use and automated voice mail tells that card is expired. And its not first time this is happening you dont use card and its just money is gone and card is ex pired.
