It was to my understanding it would be 97.50 a month for deposit replacement in the last month have put 550 on bill an it does nothing but increse i dont understand an need this explained to me as if the 550 dollars payed was on bill should leave a balance of apx 255 please take deposit again an apply to puc bil;l i have one bill previous saying 725 an received a cut off notice today saying 755 should of t6he monies givin i understand 97.50 should come off for deposit leaving453.50 should of come off princple of bill leaving a balance less then 300PLEASE APPLY THE DEPOSIT YOU TOOK TOWARDS BILL THANKYOU DID CATS GET A HOLD OF YOU id like to straighten this manner out asap as i dont wish to lose service.
