I emailed there service department on a tarp i purchased that had flaws in the tarp and they have no more in stock or are aware of this product even with a reciet in hand with a article #.all i want is the replacement tarp they say call the manafacture. Is thst the WAY TO TREAT A COSTUMER.I purchased this item two weeks ago and mounted it to concrete so it does not blow away again this is is my second out door tarp 20ft by 12 foot tarp. What a wiast of a membership fee and 200.00.Please help if you can thank you Franco Andreatta.
