Poor customer service

Dealing with the manager Natalie Kerr at the 427 Dundas GoodLife location was a horrible expierence!!! She has no customer service skills at all!!! I would not recommend this location to anyone and have already told my friends and family about the horrible service recieved at this location. Natalie Kerr is a manager who will lose alot of the gyms clients with her attitude. She was not welcoming at all and was yelling at me for the entire gym to hear, needless to say I left the gym in disgust and upset that I did not workout!!! I would not step foot in the 427 and Dundas location again as long as Natalie Kerr is the Manager there
