I went to BountifulBreast.com- I had searched various websites and this one seemed to have the most reasonable price and procedure. I contacted the "Live " representative online to ask all sorts of questions. The person was very friendly and answered all of my questions thoroughly.

I then called their "Avalon Theraputic's" number (1-877-552-3033) and spoke immediately to "Julie" about sending a money order for $325 for a 6 month supply of the bountifulbreast product. She gave me the address to the Canada establishment- which was also posted on the website)

Now the product seemed to be all about stimulating tissue growth in the breast, and as soon as you reach the cup size you are happy with, just stop taking the pills. The website looked very professional.

Well I sent the money order out 12-18-08 and waited three months and got nothing back from them. During this three month waiting period I had contacted BountifulBreast via e-mail, explaining my dilema.

The response from them was, "Ohh, you sent it to the Canada address, no wonder it got lost." I had told them I was going to get my money order re-embursed through the post office, since I still had the receipt, and that's what I set out to do.

I filed an application through the post office, waited the standard 60 days, and eventually received a check back for my $325. Well, not 4 weeks later I get an invoice from the post office, saying I OWED $325 to THEM!

I called the number on the invoice, it was looked into, and come to find out someone had cashed MY money order AFTER I already got re-embursed for the full amount. Naturally, I fail to realize why this is my problem- I sent the money, got nothing from Avalon, my money was sent back to me, Hence the reason I got a money order!!

So the post office sends my a form that Avalon and myself must sign saying the M.O. wasn't cashed. Well I went onto the website to get the full Canada address again- it's gone. Now there is a Utah address. I e-mail miss nice-and-friendly asking for the address- no response. Finally, today, I call the 1-877# and explain my dilema to this Julia person.

Not so nice this time. She begins to yell at me, repeating the same things over, not letting me finish a sentence. I tell her finally that all she needs to do is sign this form saying she did not cash the m.o.
She continues to yell at me- "you're not understanding me, what does the post office have to do with this? It sounds like something fishy is going on with the post office! They need to have PROOF that someone cashed it! "

Well, after not being able to reason with/yell over the crazy bitch, (that I'm sure the United States Postal Service are not the ones f*cking me over), I hung up. I'm still going through the process of dealing with this issue. Prices and contact information is constantly changing on the website. DON'T fall for it! I got my $$ back, but now I have to fight for it!
