We recieved the same letter as everyone els here did. Just diffrent wording and the mans name on mine was David Algor. I have already deposited the check in my account thinking it was ligit due to the companies names in the letter.(wal mart, jc penny, home depot, ect..)
Right now I'm waiting for check to clear and looking at houses for my family and trying to get my debt together to pay off. Then tonight my husband got out of bed and looked info up on computer. We looked together and found all of theses letters.
It broke my heart and I cried. There went our hopes of getting out of debt and getting a nice place for us to live. It would have lifted the financial strain on my marriage. All of it shattered before my eyes.
Now I have to go to my bank and let them know what I found out and see what I can do. They already put check on hold for 10 days to verify so I will see what they want to do.
These people need stopped they can't just go around doing this and getting away with it and that seems like exactly what there doing. This needs to end before more peoples dreams of a better life for them and their family are shattered or worse.
