I received the same check for $4, 700. I was required to contact the claim agent for proper direction prior to using the check.

The Claim Agent on this letter was Tim Parker, and Nicole Anderson was the Promotions Manager.

Every thing else was the same except the name had been changed to Diamond Networks Inc. They even put the name of a legitimate bank in Durham, NC on the check.
