I also recieved a letter, same serial number, and same luck winning number. I was able to get ahold of mr. lewis mcgregor, he instructed me to put the check in the bank, call him back, and he'd give me the address to send the money to pay the taxes on it. I then called back to see what he'd say, I told him I had seen this on the computer, he first tried to sound professional, and said he'd have to look into it. I then said, i just am a bit scared to do anything, he began getting angry, and told me not to f*** with him... I thanked him for his time, and thanked him for his time, and confirming my suspicion of this being fraud. I of course had to throw in "you should be ashamed of yourself" and hung up!
I really wish there was more that could be done about these jerks... I think of my parents and how clueless they are about everything. This kind of thing would ruin them, and they wouldn't think twice to do what he says to do.
