After contacting Universal Vacation and receyving a tlphone for more than a month ago and giving ther dates and destination (Daytona) i tried to get back to them and confirm and at least redeive a voutcher or information on hotels and date for the vacation planed.
Since then a recorded message awnser to leave our phone number so they would be back shortly and still after multiple atent to contact them, there are no call-back or feed-back --no confirmation or voutcher by -mail, phone or mail.
I have the feeling of being had by non serious (scam) peoples and i will surely make a complaint to Canadian police Autority and my lawyer if i do not receyve an awnser this week.
