Unable to contact them

I purchase a package of Hotel accommodations on Dec.31/08. I spoke to a repersentive in June 2009 to make reservations but was told I could only make 90 days in advance. I tried phoning today but the number now is Universal Adventure with a recording to leave my name and phone number and confirmation # and so far they have not returned my call. I am wondering if this is a scam?
