Big check bad zip code

As others i recived a big check and a letter to call but but number goes strait to a voice mail where it there is no room left to leave mesage.did futher digging and found that zip code on the check for u.s. bank 75790 is a zip code for a place called van in the state of tx. i will be showing this letter and check to my bank in hopes that they may also be abel to take some sort of action.
