RE: PRIZE WINNING PAYOUT

I received a letter from the Office of C. Ferguson stating I was one of the winners in a Consumer Promotion Draw organized for all customers of the major stores in the USA and Canada. They enclosed a check of $4900.48 for payment of the Non resident tax. The letter came regular mail without an return address. It say this tax is payable to your tax agent by MoneyGram, the address is 621 10th street Niagara Falls NY 14302, the zip code is actually a special PO box, and the address is for a Medical Center. I have not tried to call any of the contacts given of the letter, since simalar reports had been made to this site for fraudulant activity for this company.
