I received a check for $4875.00 for partial winnings, but need to call before cashing

I also received the same letter of winning $125, 000.00 and a check for partial winnings of $4, 875.00 but need to send in $2, 875.00 via western union or moneygram. I have contacted the bank on the check and Prudent Securities does not have an account there.
